The Platform uses artificial intelligence to analyse your professional profile and financial circumstances, then surfaces relevant insurance and financial products from our licensed third-party partners.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@mavvrixx.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account.
You represent that you are not barred from using our services under the laws of your jurisdiction. Accounts used by persons under 18 years of age are prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations, earn duplicate rewards, or abuse referral programmes is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
Mavvrixx.ai connects users with licensed insurance providers and brokers. We facilitate the matching and referral process; we do not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies.
Insurance products displayed on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party partners operating under applicable regulatory frameworks in their respective jurisdictions. The terms, conditions, coverage limits, exclusions, and pricing of any policy are determined solely by the issuing insurer or broker. Mavvrixx.ai bears no responsibility for the accuracy of partner product information or for the performance of any insurance policy.
Insurance availability and product types vary by country and jurisdiction. Certain products may not be available in your region due to local regulatory restrictions.
Displaying a product does not guarantee that you will be eligible for, approved for, or bound to that product. Acceptance of your application is at the sole discretion of the relevant insurance partner.
Mavvrixx.ai offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) as selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

Your payment information is handled directly by these processors and is subject to their respective privacy policies and security standards. Mavvrixx.ai does not store your full payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We may modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.). Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing address.
Registered users may earn Mavvrixx Loyalty Points ("Points") through qualifying activities such as completing your profile, renewing policies through the Platform, referring new users, and other promotional activities as communicated from time to time.
Points may be redeemed for benefits including subscription discounts, premium feature access, and partner offers, subject to availability and minimum redemption thresholds.
Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no login or qualifying transaction). We will notify you by email before expiration. Points are forfeited upon account termination.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of the Loyalty Programme (e.g., fraudulent referrals, automated activity) will result in forfeiture of all Points and possible account suspension.
The Mavvrixx Partner Programme is open to licensed insurance providers, brokers, financial service companies, and other eligible businesses. Participation requires acceptance of a separate Partner Agreement.
Partners must maintain all required licences and regulatory approvals, provide accurate and up-to-date product information, comply with applicable consumer protection laws, and honour all quotes and terms presented through the Platform.
Referral fees and revenue-sharing arrangements are governed by individual Partner Agreements and are not disclosed in these Terms.
Certain links on the Platform may be affiliate links that result in compensation to Mavvrixx.ai when you click through and complete a qualifying action. Such links will be appropriately disclosed.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform, including all software, AI models, algorithms, databases, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (collectively, "Mavvrixx Content"), is owned by Mavvrixx.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Mavvrixx Content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of information you submit to the Platform. By submitting content (e.g., profile information, reviews, feedback), you grant Mavvrixx.ai a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing the services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution to you.
"Mavvrixx", "Mavvrixx.ai", and the associated logo are trademarks of Mavvrixx.ai. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAVVRIXX.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MAVVRIXX.AI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or consumer protection breaches — this limitation does not apply to such claims where prohibited by law.
