We do not send unsolicited marketing messages, bulk promotional SMS, or third-party advertisements from this number.

3. How Users Opt In

Consent is collected through two pathways:

3a — Web registration (platform sign-up):

When a user provides their phone number during registration, they are shown the following consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and must be actively checked before proceeding. Registration cannot be completed without this consent where messaging is required.

4. Opt-Out Mechanics

All standard carrier opt-out keywords are supported and processed in real time:

Opt-out is immediate and permanent until the user actively re-subscribes via START. Users who opt out may still receive transactional security messages (e.g., OTPs) they have actively requested.
